Level 34 npc

Level 34 NPC's bases have 2 rings of base turf and much like the homebase, have four resource patches. Many times these are dominated by top alliances making it almost impossible to get one outside of top alliances. Level 34 NPC's are also sometimes used as trainers to level commanders, but level 38 NPC's are mostly used for this purpose
